plan for the year
It's almost midnight here but I still need to research on weight loss pill comparison for myself and a cousin. We are in the process of seriously losing weight this year and by saying that, we are looking at all possible means of shedding off these excess fat as soon as possible. Gym, yoga, running, diet. All these plus some supplements wouldn't be that bad. You think?
